Katy Goldswain, our Head Interior Designer, has an instinctive understanding of space and design that has shaped her career from an early age. What began as a childhood fascination with colour, form, and layout has evolved into a refined professional expertise.
With over a decade of experience in the property and interiors industry, Katy combines creative vision with technical precision. Her meticulous attention to detail and strategic approach ensure that every project is both beautifully conceived and expertly executed.
Highly proficient in SketchUp, she produces detailed, accurate visualisations that allow clients to fully understand and experience their designs before implementation. Her natural ability to think in three dimensions enables her to assess spatial flow intuitively and deliver intelligent, practical solutions with clarity and confidence.
Katy founded White Lime Interiors following the successful renovation of several properties that not only attracted exceptional feedback from friends and local estate agents, but also delivered significant added value. What began as a personal passion for transforming spaces evolved into a refined, client-focused design studio.
Her creative foundation was shaped through formal training in mixed media, specialising in sculpture, fine art, and furniture design, with studies in Cardiff, Plymouth, Reading, and Canterbury. Inspired by nature and the relationship between people and their environment, her early artistic exploration continues to influence her work today. This artistic heritage remains an integral part of the studio’s identity, with one of her sculptural pieces featured here.
